Anthony Davis of the Los Angeles Lakers departed Tuesday's game in

Cleveland early due to flu-like symptoms. Late in the opening period of

their 116–102 defeat to the Cavaliers at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse,

Davis was unexpectedly seen making his way back to the locker room.

When the second quarter began, he was still there, and the team swiftly decided

that he was out due to "flu-like symptoms."

Although it's unclear when the symptoms first appeared, Davis had

a fever of over 101 degrees, according to Lakers coach Darvin Ham.

The Lakers' six-game road journey will continue on Wednesday night when

they take on the Toronto Raptors. If Davis is accessible is a mystery.
