The Lightning Pro's basic, fleet-oriented variants will only see the price hike during the 2019–2023 model year.

The well-known Ford EV truck will now cost $52,000 to $97,000, whereas top-of-the-line Lightnings in 2022 were priced between $40,000 and $92,000.

According to Ford, the lowest Lightning Pro model will cost $41,669 instead of $48,769, which includes $1,795 in destination fees.

The highest Platinum grade, which contains the extended-range battery, would cost $98,669 instead of $98,100.

Ford is increasing the cost of the F-150 Lightning Pro, the entry-level all-electric F-150 truck model

by $5,000 as the carmaker contends with protracted supply-chain delays and growing input prices.

For those who placed orders for a 2023 F-150 Lightning before the price hike was revealed, Ford would maintain the original prices.

The range of the forthcoming Ford F-150 Lightning batch will be increased from 10 miles to 240 miles on a standard-range battery, among other changes.
