Does the New Tesla Model 3 produce more power than the Model S?

If you believe that electric cars and golf carts have anything in common, try driving a Tesla.

Whether you select a Model 3 or Model S, both vehicles are swift.

You've undoubtedly read about the Model S's optional Ludicrous mode

which offers acceleration comparable to supercars.

When you press the gas pedal, Tesla claims that the acceleration from 0 to 60 miles per hour happens in under 2.4 seconds.

That is absurdly quick and is on par with the high-performance Bugatti Chiron's acceleration.

A Model 3 in Performance trim, on the other hand, is nothing to be sniffed at.

Ironically, the Model 3 boasts a little faster top speed and the same 0-60 time in 3.2 seconds (162 mph, versus 155 mph in the Model S).

But if you're a speed freak and need the finest acceleration that is both practically silent

and terrifyingly rapid, the Model S is unquestionably the winner.
