How Much Does It Cost To Replace A Tesla Cybertruck Tire ?
More than just a steep price tag to fix, the video is also fun in discussing why
the Tesla Model 3s performance needs such tires and wheels.
According to Tesla, a three-motor Cybertruck version would have the ability to go from 0-62mph in 2.9 seconds
meaning that its 35-inch wheels would require W, Y, or Z-rated all-terrain tires.
These specialty tires, which will be the standard tires shortly, are built with
extra structure to hold up under the special tires on Teslas Model 3.
With a projected range of 300-500 miles (depending on motor setup), Cybertrucks per-mile costs are
likely to range from $0.048-$0.08. In countries such as the US and China
where components for Teslas EVs are made on-site, new sets of tires will be cheaper.
