When Ford announced the F-150 Electric Lightning in May of 2021,
Ford estimated that the Standard Range Model would produce 426 hp,
while the Extended Range version would produce 563.

With a Heavy 1 rating, the 2022 Ford F-150 Lightning could tow around 10,000 pounds,
while carrying around 2,000 pounds in the trucks bed.
The F-150 Lightning can tow up to 10,000 pounds (4000 less than a higher-powered F-150) with an extended-range battery,
and has a maximum cargo capacity of 2,000 pounds with a smaller package.
Beneath the gaudy exterior of Fords 2022 all-electric F-150 Lightning,
the Standard-Range battery pack will produce 426 horsepower and an impressive 775 lb-ft.
According to Ford Motor Company, its first-ever fully electric pickup aims for 563 horsepower,
775 lb.-ft. of torque, and a mid-4-second zero-to-60-mph time if equipped with the extended-range battery, according to typical industry methodologies.
Ford says that truck should be able to drive a claimed 230 miles with a standard-range battery, with a larger battery pushing that number to 300 miles.
