Is The Price Of The 2023 Ford F-150 Lightning Justifiable?
For 2023, the Ford F-150 Lightning has already seen a price rise.
The Lightning Pro's base, fleet-oriented variants will only see the price hike during the 2019–2023 model year.
The well-known Ford EV truck will now cost $52,000 to $97,000
while top-of-the-line Lightnings in 2022 were priced between $40,000 and $92,000.
The bad news is that Ford estimates a price rise of at least $6000 and as high as $8500 for
the all-electric Ford F-150 Lightning due to significant increases in material costs and other variables.
Ford is increasing the cost of its entry-level all-electric pickup, the F-150 Lightning Pro
by $5,000 as a result of protracted supply-chain interruptions and escalating input prices.
The standard-range battery pack for the future Ford F-150 Lightning will have an additional 10 miles of range, bringing the total range to 240 miles.
