MLB Trade: Alex Rodriguez believes Yankees could handled Aaron Judge situation differently

ALex Rodriguez feels that there were many alternative ways New York

Yankees could have handled the Aaron Judge problem.

He has a ton of experience in signing big-time contracts.

A-Rod first agreed to a 10-year, $252 million contract with the Rangers; however,

Rodriguez thinks the team might have used Aaron Judge in an entirely different way.

He feels it's odd that the team delayed this long to come to an agreement on a player

they knew would have an impact on the squad.

It was clear that New York would have to take any necessary action to get Judge back.

It would have been disastrous for the company to lose him.

According to Alex Rodriguez, the team saw early on what they had in Aaron Judge.

They ought to have signed him early in his career, following the example of the Atlanta Braves.

They would not have had to pay the premium they paid in this manner.
