Pepperstone ATP Rankings: Carlos Alcaraz breaks world records, Nadal Extends his stunning record

The 2022 year-end Pepperstone ATP Rankings were released by
the ATP today on ATPTour.com, featuring Spanish players Carlos Alcaraz and
Rafael Nadal as the season's top performers and milestones.
Since American Pete Sampras and Michael Chang in 1996, Alcaraz and
Nadal are the first natives to place first and second in the world rankings.
In the 50 iterations of the year-end Pepperstone ATP Rankings,
Alcaraz, 19, is the first teenager and youngest player to place first, and
Nadal, 36, is the oldest player to place in the Top 2. Additionally,
Nadal finishes in the Top 10 for a record-extending 18th year in a row.
With 18 total Top 10 finishes, he is tied with Roger Federer for the most Top 10 finishes.
