Tesla Future Cars: Here’S What’S Coming And When, From Cybertruck To Baby Ev

Edison Futures Tesla Cybertruck-like electric pickup concept is one of the two trucks that Tesla unveiled this year.

Musk tweeted back in 2016 that Cybertruck was being developed,

while a physical vehicle appeared as a surprise addition to a semi-trucks 2017 unveiling.

So far, Tesla has been coy about Teslas exact final shape and name, referring to just a longer-mooted Small.

Teslas promised pickup is designed for the utility of a truck, but with sportscar performance, according to Tesla CEO Elon Musks statement.

Tesla announced an electric semi truck back in 2017, and after a two-year delay, the first examples are finally rolling out of its Austin,

Texas, factory, to land in Pepsis hands in December 2022.

Tesla (TSLA.O) said last month that it is working on getting its Austin, Texas, factory ready for building its Cybertruck, with early production expected to begin mid-2023.

Elon Musk estimates that production on the Cybertruck will start in the middle of next year,

about 12 months from now, putting first Cybertruck deliveries in the latter half of 2023.
