Things You Should Know About Tesla Roadster

What is certain is that a Bugatti Chiron shouldn't be able to outpace the new Tesla Roadster.

Tesla claims that it will have a 620-mile range on a single charge.

It will have an acceleration time of 1.9 seconds to 60 mph and

4.2 seconds to 100 mph. And with 7,376 lb-ft of torque,

it will be able to run the quarter-mile in 8.8 seconds and reach over 250 mph (10,000 Newton-meters).

According to rumours, the 200 kWh battery pack in the second-generation Tesla Roadster

will be twice as large as the one in the all-wheel-drive Model S Plaid.

That explains the tremendous torque and the ridiculous peak speed.

The Roadster will also have a removable hardtop.

But with those crazy numbers, keeping the hardtop on might be a wise choice.

A detachable hardtop will be included with the Roadster.

But given those absurd figures, it could be a good idea to leave the hardtop on.
