Although Logan Sargeant has a guaranteed spot at Williams for 2023,

he has not yet had much opportunity to drive a Formula 1 car.

He might be given the chance to get more experience over the winter break by Alpine.

Sargeant was officially announced as a driver for Williams after receiving his super license.

He participated in the Young Driver Test for his new team at the Yas Marina Circuit,

but it will be some time before he can receive more driving experience in an F1 car.

Throughout the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix weekend, Sargeant obtained his FIA super license.

He earned more than enough points from his fourth-place finish in the Formula 2 championship to secure the coveted license.

He also received four additional points for not accruing any penalty points in either 2021 or 2022.
