Right wing Trey Fix-Wolansky has been assigned to Cleveland, while the Columbus Blue–

Jackets have recalled right wing Kirill Marchenko from their American Hockey League affiliate,

the Cleveland Monsters, according to general manager and alternate governor Jarmo Kekalainen.

In 16 games with Cleveland this season, Marchenko (pronounced MAHR-chehn-koh) has

tallied eight goals, 11 assists, 19 points, eight penalty minutes, four power play goals, and 51 shots.

This is his first season playing professionally in North America.

He is tied for second among rookies in the AHL in both points and power play goals, fourth in assists,

and fifth in goals. In his 16 games, he has scored in 14 of them, including five multi-point performances.

Additionally, the 22-year-old winger has scored in each of his previous five outings (2-5-7).
