The Washington Commanders are getting ready to play the Houston Texans this Sunday,
but it appears like top pass-rusher Chase Young won't be available for another week.
Despite some hope from the team, NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reported early on Friday that
it appears too soon for Young to return to the field against the Texans on Sunday.
The season will end for Young if he is not activated by Wednesday, November 23, when
his window of 21 days to rejoin the squad expires. Before then,
he is anticipated to be added to the active roster.
Young would play this Sunday during the Philly-Washington game on Monday night.
