What is the price of Tesla's robot?
According to Musk, the robot should cost "far less than $20,000," which is less than the price of a car.
In general, I concur with Musk that
traditionally, humanoid robots have not been built with manufacturing in mind.
This is altering, though, and I bel
ieve that other businesses now have a manufacturing advantage over Tesla.
However, it's also plausible that Tesla may be able to catch up quickly if it can somehow apply all its car-building experience to robot construction.
It's not a guarantee that it will,
but it's a nice concept and might be very beneficial.
I have no notion what "anticipated" entails in terms of the manufacturing volume or cost.
There was some applause for this sentence, but in my opinion, these stats are currently essentially useless.
