The 2022 Chevrolet COPO Camaro comes equipped with three engines, including the 572 cu in Big Block V8.
The 2022 version of the COPO Camaro, a street-legal non-street-legal car designed specifically for drag racing, will come equipped with a 9.4-liter big-block V8.
Even with its huge displacement, the 9.4-litre V8 produces only 430bhp -- making it the least powerful of the three 2022 engine options.
Chevy has paired the two-and-done: a crate-fed ZZ632 and Chevrolets signature factory dragster, the COPO Camaro.
That same year also saw the return of the 2012 COPO Camaro,
a purpose-built dragster designed specifically for NHRA competition offering a unique, supercharged engine combo that produced even more horsepower.
While it is just a concept, Chevy Performance is considering the possibility of homologating the COPO Camaro concept
and its prototype engine for stock elimination and Super Stock competition driving in NHRA.
